As the top DEV, Tobi keeps all projects in focus, takes care of the development of all employees and, thanks to his experience, always has the right ideas for major challenges.

He takes care of the ongoing optimisation of our tech stack and analyses all trends to make our projects even better and more efficient.

Andi has been part of the team since the agency was founded and has steadily worked his way up to Team Lead.

In his current role, he supports colleagues in the Munich office, both on site and remotely. He takes care of code reviews and sets development standards. He is also responsible for resource planning and project allocation and always keeps an eye on development progress and deadlines.

He also constantly researches and evaluates current trends and innovations and checks their implementation in ongoing processes.

Despite her young age, Saskia is not only extremely well-versed, but also an agency veteran.

She has been involved in all stages of the agency's development almost from the very beginning and knows all the tricks of the trade.

As Team Lead, she looks after her colleagues in Munich, Traunstein, Barcelona and remotely, e.g. in Romania. She provides feedback and support, assists with project conceptualisation, holds client meetings and workshops and supports the HR team in recruiting.

After a long break, Mark is back at our agency and working remotely as a team leader. He exclusively looks after members at our Barcelona office.

He takes care of the technical management, conceptualisation and quality control and is also responsible for the development of all team members - both on a professional and personal level.

Lucky is a Traunstein native who, after a detour to Sweden, now works remotely as a team leader and is mainly responsible for colleagues in Barcelona or remotely.

He is responsible for the technical management and conceptualisation of DEV projects and is also committed to the professional and personal development of all team members.

He also supports the HR department in recruiting web developers.

Jannis works remotely from Stuttgart as Team Lead DEV. He acts as a technical contact for developers, conducts code reviews and designs the software architecture for projects.

He is regularly present in customer meetings and translates customer requests into technical descriptions and tasks for the developers in his team.

In addition, he supports the HR department in job interviews, acts as an interface between DX and DEV and is ultimately responsible for optimising work processes within his team.

Matthias has over 10 years of experience in the field of software development and, as Team Lead, supervises a total of 6 developers. His team is made up of backend developers and DevOps and, in addition to a few small projects, mainly supports a large German insurance company.

As team leader, Matthias coordinates the development of his team members and supports them as a contact person.

His extensive experience as a senior developer and his in-depth technical knowledge help him to further develop his team and successfully implement all projects.
