Teamevents 2024

Our annual team events are a real highlight in the agency calendar. Instead of rigid team-building measures, we focus on voluntary, varied activities with one thing in particular: having a great time together. From sporting challenges to culinary experiences, there is something for everyone.

The special thing about it? Each and every individual can register freely, so that the participants are always coming together anew. This creates exciting constellations and many new encounters. Our colleagues in Spain traditionally organise their events separately - with just as much creativity and team spirit.

This year was characterised by diversity and a thirst for adventure. From fast-paced excursions to enjoyable cookery sessions and creative workshops: Here is a look back at our highlights.

Hot Rods

Speeding adventure through Munich city centre: Anyone who voluntarily takes a car into the centre of Munich is either brave or completely painless. But us? We wanted to take the thrill to the extreme and took a look at the streets of the Bavarian capital from a new perspective - just above the tarmac!

In small, nimble speedsters that were more reminiscent of motorised Matchbox cars, we drove past imposing city villas, through lively shopping streets and along hectic traffic arteries. Thanks to the mini-vehicles, the parking problem was a thing of the past, but we had a full load of adrenaline! The biggest challenge? To steer, laugh and stay cool in these cramped vehicles at the same time.

After the action-packed city tour, we urgently needed a break - and a hearty dinner. We brought the evening to a cosy close with delicious food and relaxed conversation. To summarise: we didn't become racing drivers, but we definitely became fans of micro-racing!

Barbeque course

In seventh barbecue heaven: anyone who loves meat will never forget this evening. Together with two masters of the art of grilling, we conjured up a six-course menu that would have made even the most stubborn vegetarians waver for a moment.

It was an experience from the first to the last bite: while the steaks were cooked to perfection in three different ways - gas grill, charcoal grill and smoker - we diligently sliced, marinated and, above all, savoured them. Along the way, the secrets of grilling techniques were revealed, from the optimum grilling temperature to the question: charcoal or gas?

Of course, the evening was not only a culinary delight, but also a social highlight. We laughed, talked shop and tasted in a relaxed atmosphere. In the end, we not only took away full bellies, but also plenty of inspiration for the next barbecue summer. Or winter! Because as we learnt, a perfectly grilled steak also tastes good in the snow.

Archery

Robin Hood meets Chaos Squad: With bows and arrows in our luggage, we headed out into the great outdoors. After a short briefing - including the important information that the target animals are made of hard foam - we set off on the course. Forests, meadows and fields formed the backdrop for our shooting skills, which ranged from, shall we say, ‘pragmatic’ to ‘accurate’.

While some shone as true Robin Hoods, others were more concerned with finding their arrows in the bushes. But it was precisely this mix that made the event unforgettable. Pride may have fallen by the wayside here and there, but the laugh muscles got a good workout.

At the dinner afterwards, everyone agreed: animals don't have to be afraid of us, but the fun factor was gigantic. And who knows, maybe the next team event will be a ‘bow and arrow’ rematch!

Vermuth Tasting

Spanish flair at the Vermuth workshop: Our Spanish colleagues have set the bar high for creativity: Their team event took them to Las Vermudas University, a real institution for Vermuth fans. There, they delved deep into the history and complex flavours of this traditional drink.

After an exciting introduction to the art of vermouth making, it was time to get down to business: all participants were allowed to create their own vermouth, customised to their individual taste, of course. The whole thing was accompanied by a selection of fine tapas - after all, an empty glass is just as unpalatable as an empty stomach.

At the end of the evening, the home-made creations were proudly bottled and taken home. Conclusion: An all-round successful evening that not only tantalised the taste buds, but also took team spirit to the next level. ¡Salud!
