THE CUSTOMER

HausBauHaus is a regional real estate agency from Chiemgau. The company plans and realises several new construction projects in the districts of Rosenheim and Traunstein, working together with various large property developers. In addition, the company supports customers in the sale of real estate.

REQUIREMENT

HausBauHaus needed a website with a modern and appealing design in order to optimally present the expertise anchored in the company. The aim was not only to highlight the real estate company's expertise, but also to create an atmosphere of trust and a regional connection to Chiemgau. 

As a special feature, the site must be compatible for an interface to the Flowfact brokerage software. 

SOLUTION

In order to implement all the customer's wishes and to create a clear, modern solution for the new website, Pimcore was used.  

In close cooperation with the client, the entire concept and design were developed over a longer period of time. The result was a warm, inviting and friendly website, which at the same time focuses very strongly on the individual areas of competence of the company. 

In a photo shoot, portrait photos of all employees were taken to show the company on a personal, sympathetic level.  

The website is clear, very fast and offers a filter function including a map display of all objects for sale. 

In addition, the site is programmed in such a way that a future connection to the broker CRM software Flowfact is possible without any problems. 

CONCLUSION 

The new website shows the competent and at the same time regional face of HausBauHaus. The company now has a representative and state-of-the-art digital presence that can be easily expanded with additional functions in the future.   

In terms of functionality and design, the website perfectly reflects the brand image of HausBauHaus as a regional expert for real estate. Like HausBauHaus itself, the website is guaranteed not to be standard.
